Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (UAE)
We offer standard shipping within the UAE. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Free shipping is available on orders over a specified amount. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Estimated delivery time varies by destination and is typically 7–21 business days. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays
NYS Dubai is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier service delays, or events outside our control. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@nysdubai.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@nysdubai.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item (if applicable).
